We do this by offering a full range of coaching options from one on one coaching, to team retreats and strategic planning processes, and from career coaching to change management and behavioral coaching. We have extensive experience working with physicians that want to move beyond dysfunctional patterns of behavior to new behaviors that enhance their ability to work constructively in their clinical arena. We are able to tailor a program to meet your specific needs and situation.
